This NEEM delegation and conference takes place in and around Havana and Matanzas with unprecedented access to the most prominent Cuban Animal Scientists, agriculturalists, AG officials and in-depth visits to research facilities. NEEM promotes biological alternatives to chemical inputs & change through dialogue in support of the Cuban People.

NEEM and Founder, Jeff Ensminger has led Agriculture delegations to Cuba since 2000 attending by invitation U.S./Cuba Agricultural Exhibition in 2002 (PABEXPO) as an FSA USDA member. NEEM is a National award’s winning organization active in Cuba advocacy on AG lobbying in Washington since 1996 working on such bills as the Tester-Hagan Amendment to the Farm Bill.
